Today is absolutely beautiful outside..I mean it’s so awesome weather wise that you could almost just sit and watch things turn green. These are the days where I look out my classroom window and have to remind myself that there are no bars…because it feels like it…it’s a crime to be inside on a day like today! Maybe I’ll take the girls to the park after school.
Ironically enough my devos this morning were from Psalm 1 about the tree planted by the waters…seems fitting with the weather today!! I was captured by the phrase “always in bloom”. The scripture was talking about if I’m in the Word of God I will be like a tree that is always in bloom. Can you actually imagine that…I mean we’re used to the seasons of life…the gray drab of winter. I pray today that my life could become more and more always in bloom. While seasons are necessary for actual nature and while we do go through changes and different times in our lives I believe that with God’s help and His Word…I can be always in bloom. Just a thought.
Lydia had her hair straightened last night by a beautician friend of ours and wow she sure looked different today…I could tell she felt pretty which is always a nice feeling. Lauren was up at 5:30am this morning walking on the treadmill, she’s trying to walk a half hour a day…me too. I pray and hope that she and I will see progress…it’s a battle for us. Otherwise nothing big going on. Tonight is drum lesson and small group for me. Hope you have a wonderful day!

today is simply gorgeous!! love it!! i have been working all day but taking outside breaks with buddy… he does NOT want to come back in but just lay on the grass in the sun!!
it is beautiful, i hope that the rain misses us and it stays this way for the rest of the week!
